Varanasi
Varanasi is one of the oldest cities in the world. It is a holy city of India, is also known by name of Banaras, Kashi or kasi. It is a cultural capital of India, is known for its good quality of silk, Banarsi Paan, Khoya, Banaras Hindu University etc . Varanasi has most pilgrim point for the Hindus. It is situated on the blanks of river Ganga.
Varanasi is the old city, is more than 3000 years old. Varanasi is famous as temple’s city. There are many temples in Varanasi . people can see the temples at every few pace. Durga temple , Sankat Mochan Temple, Bharat Mata temple, Vishwanath temple, Tulsi Manas temple are attractive temple in the Varanasi. Ghyaan Wapi, where temples and mosque both are situated.
Varanasi is a great centre of learning for long long time. There are many universities inVaranasi. Banaras Hindu University(BHU) is the biggest university in Asia, is founded by Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya. BHU has two campuses, 3 institutes, 16 faculties, 140 departments, 4 advanced centers and 4 interdisciplinary schools. Nearly 2000 students including research scholars (2500) and foreign students (650) from 34 nations are studying here. Sumpurna NandSankrit Vishvavidyalaya, Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth are other famous universities.

Varanasi is also famous for banarsi silke Sarees, is makes by soft silks. Zari embellishments and intricate designs making it very beautiful. It is the most part of every Indian wedding occasion. People can collected these exclusive sarees from several shopping zones such as Chowk, Godoulia, Gyan Vapi, Dashswamedh Gali, Vishwanath Gali, Golghar, Lahurabirand Thatheri Bazar.
There are two Railway stations in city, Varanasi Junction and Kashi Junction. The city has excellent road network that join to Varanasi from other cities. People can reached Varanasi by air easily.

My Beloved Azamgarh
My beloved Azamgarh , is a district of UP, which was founded by Azam Khan in 1665. Azam Khan was the son of Mr Vikramjeet , who was a Rajpoot of Mehnagar. Vikramjeet had a Muslim wife, who bore two sons Azam Khan and Azmat Khan.
There are two Nagar Palikas in Azamgarh district, 1st is in Azamgarh and 2nd is in Mubarakpur. Mubarkpur is situated 16 km east at district headquarter.
There are many schools, colleges and universities in Azamgarh district. Shibli National College is the oldest educational Institute of Azamgarh, shibli national college was founded by Shibli Nomanai. Shibli Nomani was a great and famous scholar of Islamic culture. Shibli Nomani established an academy, Shibli academy (Darul Musannefeen) is a largest urdu library of Asia, this library is situated about 1 km distance of shibli national college. DAV degree college, children college, Jyotiniketan etc. are also famous.
My beloved Azamgarh, its a land of scholars, the land of Azamgarh has been producing world class scholars,scientists,doctors,engineers, political leaders, Film star, poets , musician etc.
Mapandit Rahul sankrtyayen was a great writer, historian, and freedom fighter. He was born in Azamgarh. Allama Shibli Nomani , Maulana Wahiduddin Khan, Maulana Aslam Jairajpuri were famous Muslim Writer, Educationist, Poet. Azamgarh gave us a great poet , he was Kaifi Azmi , he wrote anything for bollywod, Kaifi Azmi’s daughter Shabana Azmi is bollywood film actress, she is also a politician.
Amar Singh, Abu Asim Azmi, Ram Naresh Yadav are political Leaders of Azamgarh district.
Azmis as the people of Azamgarh are known as stand out in every aspect of life...We Azmis are not terrorist but resposible,peace loving,hard working citizens of India.
